1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package or service.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in airline fares, hotel tariffs, taxes, currency fluctuations, or government regulations.

• Booking confirmation will be provided only after receipt of payment.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.

• Cancellation charges may apply as per airline, hotel, or supplier policies.

• Refund processing time depends on the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

• In case of no-show, full cancellation charges may apply.

• Service fees charged by Vacation Times may be non-refundable.

3. Travel Documents

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other required travel documents.

• Vacation Times is not liable for denial of boarding, entry refusal, or travel disruption due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Changes & Amendments

• Any request for modification (date change, name correction, itinerary change) is subject to availability and additional charges.

• Airlines and hotels may impose amendment fees as per their policies.

5. Liability

• Vacation Times acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, accidents, or losses caused by third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, or visa agencies.

• We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising during travel.

• Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance.

6. Force Majeure

Vacation Times shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, government restrictions, or flight cancellations.

7. Pricing & Inclusions

• Package prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary.

• Any additional services, optional tours, personal expenses, or extras are not included unless clearly stated.

8. Website Use

• All content on this website is for informational purposes only.

• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is prohibited.

• Vacation Times reserves the right to update website content at any time without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
