TOSHIBA Fabric Softener Cartridge & Drain Filter

Fabric softener cartridge and drain filter used with TOSHIBA drum washing machine TW-127XP2

Drain filter TW-127X9L(W)
→ Unused, unopened

Fabric softener cartridge
→ Used once
Reason: I experienced a malfunction with fabric softener dispensing and suspected the cartridge might be faulty. I purchased a new one and tested it by replacing the old cartridge, but the issue persisted. Therefore, I only used this cartridge once and continued using the old one.
