Judo Referee Uniforms: Summer (2 tops, 1 bottom) & Winter (1 top, 1 bottom), C-License Badge, etc.

I had this custom-made over 10 years ago and it's been unused since the Judgement tournament. I'm listing it on Mercari in hopes that someone else can use it.
When it was made, I was 172cm tall, weighed 72kg, had a waist of 82cm, and a neck circumference of 42cm.
The spare fabric, buttons, Kodokan tie clip, and tie are from that time, and I'm unsure if they can be used in the current tournament.
There was a name written on the inside of the winter pants, which I have erased.
